Finished nursery!

I am excited to say that the nursery is finished!  Well except for the curtains sitting on the changing table :). Her coming home outfit and hat, blanket and car seat are all packed and ready. One week and we are full term and ready to roll, that is whenever she feels like it.

Glucose screening

I did the dreaded screening! Got my results back today. Im anemic (which we already knew) so now im taking iron supplements for that. My glucose levels were a little high so Dr. Wanted me to do the 3hr glucose screening, but fasting that long makes me sweaty, hot and dizzy so for now I get to check my glucose levels with a glucometer after every meal for 10 days. Other than that! Everything else is going great! Next appointment is Monday

First Public Belly Picture

Here is the first belly picture posted :) So far Baby Girl Bonds is doing excellent! We are 26 weeks along. Time sure is flying by. The room is all painted and ready for furniture. Thanks to Aunt Kelsey and Great Great? Aunt Guila and Uncle Jon we are already needing a dresser and hangers. True girl already having all these cute clothes! We love getting them thats for sure! She moves (boxes/kicks) constantly. She loves to hear daddy sing, that will wake her from sleeping :) so we think. We have decided to wait to name her until after she is born. Daddy wants it to be a surprise for everyone, even including me. He always keeps us guessing thats for sure. I will try harder to keep this updated now that we are getting closer and closer to meeting our little one. I sure can't wait to share her with all of you.

A Little Update

Sorry i'm so bad about updates! We decided to do the blood test for spina bifida and downs. Everything came back negative! So a healthy, somewhat normal baby should be coming. :) We finished the flooring in the babies room. Now its full of stuff while we try to move our room upstairs. We have an appointment tomorrow 6/13 and then i think we schedule our ultrasound to find out the sex for 3 weeks later! Thats all for now, but i will be sure to blog better in the future :)
